Since 2004, MCMs management has invested and developed over $750 million in assets and 42 properties. MCM is currently raising its fund V.
We are seeking an Investor Relations Manager to support our fundraising efforts. This position reports directly to the principals of the firm.
As part of the IR team, you will be working and communicating directly with MCMs Limited Partners as well as working on raising capital for our Fund V and future funds. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of professionalism and interpersonal skills to effectively fundraise, communicate externally with LPs and internally across departments.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare marketing and sales materials for current and potential investors
- Manage LP reporting on our CRM and reporting portal
- Collaborate with team members on the production of various events including Annual Investor Meetings and other investor engagement events and activities.
- Attend conferences and represent MCM fundraising efforts
- Collaborate with financial, acquisitions and asset management teams to manage all investor correspondence on a day-to-day basis, including capital calls, distributions, quarterly reports, and any informational e-mails regarding the status of each fund.
- Help raise capital with institutions and family offices
- Oversee investor relations processes and procedures
- Manage new and existing investor relationships
- Lead all aspects of the marketing and fundraising cycle
