Must-Have : Strong knowledge of cardiovascular care, inotropes, vasopressors, swan ganz catheter management, Fick calculation, thermodilution, and patient device management expertise (CRRT / tablo, LVAD, IABP, Impella)

Description :

The critical care position involves rotating day and night shifts every three weeks.

Scheduled shifts are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with required rotation for every other holiday.

The candidate will need to float to additional critical care intensive care units and step-down units.

This position specializes in the care of patients with advanced heart failure.

The unit focuses on pre and post-operative heart transplantation, left ventricular assist device (LVAD) management, and intra-aortic balloon pump and Impella management.

A strong knowledge of cardiovascular care is essential.

Candidates must be proficient in managing inotropes, vasopressors, and swan ganz catheters.

Knowledge of Fick calculation and thermodilution is also required.

Expertise in managing patient devices such as CRRT / tablo, LVAD, IABP, and Impella is necessary.
