Lincoln Property Company is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tenant Engagement Manager to join our team at Ryan Tower in Plano, TX . This role is dedicated to creating an exceptional workplace experience for tenants through innovative programming, thoughtful events, and seamless operational support. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hospitality, event management, and property operations expertise, along with a passion for building community and strengthening tenant relationships. As a key member of the property management team, the Tenant Experience Manager will play an integral role in fostering engagement, supporting building operations, and ensuring Ryan Tower remains a premier destination for tenants and visitors alike.

Overall Job Summary

• Plan and execute tenant engagement programs and branded events, including logistics, catering, vendor coordination, and newsletters.
• Cultivate strong tenant and community relationships while supporting move-ins, technology needs, and VIP visits.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports that demonstrate engagement impact.
• Support property operations by managing work orders, coordinating vendor services, and conducting facility inspections.
• Provide administrative and office support, including phones, supplies, mail / packages, and correspondence.
• Coordinate meeting logistics for both tenants and internal teams.
• Provide flexible support for community programming and office operations as needed (some events may occur outside of standard business hours).

This position is 100% in-office . The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
