Job Description

The role involves implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system. Responsibilities include performing routine testing (physical, chemical, or functional) on products returned from the field due to customer complaints, using various lab equipment. All test data must be summarized, recorded, and properly documented. The process customer returns promptly, adhering to ISO and FDA QS regulations. The role requires knowledge of regulations affecting IVDs and Biologics, and good communication skills. Laboratory practices, including handling chemicals and biohazardous materials, are essential.

Additional responsibilities include :

  • Basic understanding of voltage, current, resistance, power, capacitance, inductance, series and parallel circuits, analog, digital, DC, AC, Ohm's law.
  • Knowledge of investigation equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, fixtures, soldering.
  • Component identification and reading schematic diagrams.
  • Good organizational, written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in controlled environments is preferred.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Qualifications
