Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our dynamic team, specializing in precise manufacturing. The ideal candidate will operate CNC mills or lathes, perform minor maintenance, and ensure parts meet strict tolerance levels. Responsibilities
Operate CNC mill or lathe efficiently and safely.
Assist with saw operations as needed.
Polish and finish parts to meet quality standards.
Perform minor maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Measure parts with precision to a tolerance of + / - .005.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years experience on either CNC mill or lathe.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Proficiency in measuring parts using tools such as micrometers and calipers.
Basic understanding of shop math.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment
This is a job shop environment operating under a union. The position offers a 2nd shift schedule with training provided on the 1st shift. The 1st shift runs from 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, while the 2nd shift operates from 2pm to 12am, four days a week, with two paid 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute paid lunch .

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $32.00 / hr.
