Overview

We’re hiring a senior-level Creative Strategist to join the team at eskiin. This is a high-impact, performance-driven role for someone who knows how to create ads that convert. You’ll be responsible for developing creative systems, managing a structured testing pipeline, writing scripts and briefs, analyzing results, and getting winning ads into the account. You’ll collaborate with our lead strategist, editors, creators, and growth team to launch new concepts every week. You’ll also appear in ads yourself when needed, so being comfortable on camera is important.

What You’ll Do

  • Write high-performing Meta ad scripts, hooks, and briefs
  • Manage a structured weekly testing calendar with a high output of creative
  • Appear in UGC-style ad content when needed
  • Analyze ad performance data and turn insights into clear next steps
  • Build creative systems that improve speed, iteration, and performance
  • Collaborate with editors, creators, and the growth team to launch ads weekly
  • Give strategic feedback on landing pages and other funnel assets based on ad performance
  • Stay deeply connected to the customer by using reviews, surveys, comments, and market research to guide creative direction
  • Understand the full customer journey and how creative impacts each stage
  • Take ownership of results and bring new ideas forward constantly

What You Bring

  • 3 to 5 years experience in performance creative, paid social, or direct response marketing
  • Proven track record of writing and launching Meta ads that have scaled profitably
  • Experience working inside high-growth DTC brands, ideally those that have scaled to 9 figures in annual revenue
  • Strong copywriting instincts with a focus on conversion, clarity, and structure
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own creative pipeline without oversight
  • Confidence speaking on camera in a natural, UGC-style format
  • Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, and how creative impacts acquisition and scale
  • Experience collaborating with editors, creators, media buyers, and growth teams
  • Obsession with the customer and a drive to understand their problems, psychology, and buying triggers
  • Comfort reviewing landing pages, identifying creative gaps, and contributing across the full funnel
  • Hunger to test, learn, and drive results with speed and consistency
  • Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary between $100,000 and $115,000 USD, depending on experience and location
