Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our full cycle accounts payable processes using SAP and Cimmra. This role involves handling non-inventory invoice processing, vendor invoice reviews, and various financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, optimize workflow processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate full cycle accounts payable on SAP.

Process non-inventory invoices on Cimmra / SAP.

Review vendor invoices, statements, T&E reports, and credit card bills; reconcile discrepancies.

Close accounts payable and run all month-end reports.

Process bank transactions, including deposits, check writing, wire transfers, and ACH payments with management approval.

Coordinate vendor setup and management.

Optimize workflow and invoice approval processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to maintain MIS using Microsoft Office tools.

Participate in the annual operating expense budgeting process.

Conduct periodic closing activities and track provisions month-on-month.

Prepare and update the list of AMCs and other fixed charges periodically.

Assist with month-end account (GL) analysis for financial statements and cash flow requirements.

Lead cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and asset evaluations while maintaining accurate financial records.

Update and share MIS of utility consumption.

Support secretarial practices (COSEC) and maintain records as guided by the Corporate Secretarial team.

Essential Skills

Experience with accounts payable and invoicing.

Proficiency in SAP and Cimmra.

Strong data entry and purchase order management skills.

Ability to review and reconcile vendor invoices and statements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with way match and manufacturing processes is beneficial.

Familiarity with financial compliance and regulations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 / hr.
