To keep strengthening our HR foundation to keep pace with that growth, we seek an energetic and motivated Director of HR with an entrepreneurial mindset to be responsible for the day-to-day management of our HR activities. This position is expected to be on site most of the week, but also has flexibility to work from home 1-2 days / week.

What you will do at Integral Molecular :

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of our HR team and activities, with the potential to grow with the company's growth plans over the next few years. Our priorities include :

Understand our current processes to inform how to improve them

Provide direction, mentorship / coaching, career development, and performance management for current HR team (currently 2 in TA, 1 in ER, and 1 in benefits admin)

Support a proactive talent acquisition and onboarding process

Work with managers / leaders to ensure effective communication mechanisms throughout the organization
