Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to venues and partners using Newps-provided materials to source and secure event opportunities.
• Develop event concepts end-to-end, including themes, vision, mood boards, and outfit guides.
• Coordinate and attend venue walkthroughs; document requirements and next steps.
• Lead day-of execution, overseeing vendors, staff, timelines, and guest experience.
• Maintain partner relationships through professional, timely follow-ups and post-event thank-you correspondence.
• Build and manage event timelines, run-of-show documents, and staffing plans.
• Coordinate vendor sourcing and contracts (e.g., photographers, DJs).
• Track event performance and produce post-event recaps with insights and recommendations.
• Keep project trackers and contact records current to ensure cross-team visibility.
• Participate in regular status meetings and provide weekly progress updates.
