Our growing agency is currently searching for a highly professional Insurance staff member to join our team. If you are a talented sales-minded individual who is goal oriented and has a great team attitude, then we are interested in you.

As an insurance specialist with the Trevor Manes Agency, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a great team of insurance professionals that focus on helping our clients and prospects with their insurance needs. Your primary goal as a Insurance Producer will be to generate new business by contacting prospects, participate with marketing groups, trade shows / events, generate opportunities through professional contact strategies.

Responsibilities :

Establish collaborative relationships with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling and referrals.

Track and report goals / progression and report monthly.

Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance products.

Create and implement marketing strategies to generate new business for the agency.

Respond to clients' insurance-related questions and issues.

Handle high inbound / outbound call volume.

Requirements :

Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Proficient with computers, Excel and Windows based systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding team attitude.

Strong sales minded approach.

Obtaining Life license within 60 days from hire date

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay : $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours : 40 per week
