What you will do :

• eCommerce Day-to-Day Operations Management

o Manage and support daily eCommerce operations across multiple online marketplaces and sales channels.

o Oversee product listings, inventory updates, and order fulfillment processes on these platforms.

o Drive the optimization of online shopping experiences as directed by the Director of Marketing Operations to boost sales performance across all supported eCommerce channels.

o Collaborate with sales and lead the coordination and management of events and tradeshows, including planning and logistics, promotional materials development, and post-event follow-up.

o Proactively contribute to maximizing the ROI and lead generation from all events and tradeshows.

o Ensure consistent brand representation and messaging across all event touchpoints.

o Serve as the internal subject matter expert (SME) for ZoomInfo, B2B database, providing guidance and support for its effective and strategic use across sales, marketing and business development.

o Lead the development and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns leveraging ZoomInfo data and functionalities.

o Contribute to the reporting and analysis of marketing funnel data, translating insights into actionable strategies for continuous optimization of campaign effectiveness and budget allocation.

Requirements

o 2-4 years of progressive marketing experience, with hands-on exposure to digital marketing and eCommerce operations.

o Demonstrated experience or strong interest in event and tradeshow management, with a proven ability to contribute to maximizing their ROI.

o Proficiency with, or a strong willingness to become proficient in, marketing automation and sales intelligence tools.

o Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.

o Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, and interpret campaign performance data to drive actionable strategies.

o An action-oriented and analytical mindset, focused on delivering measurable growth solutions.
