Concessions Supervisor - Snow Summit

Pay Range : $23.00 to $23.00 / Seasonal Position. Weekends and Holidays are a requirement. Starting at $23 / hour.

Job Summary : The supervisor role oversees the day-to-day operation of a team at a specific venue. The supervisor must possess patience, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities to manage any situation that may arise. The supervisor is responsible for de-escalating situations, praising employees, training staff, delegating tasks, and acting as a liaison between the team and upper management.

• Maintain a daily Supervisor Log to be submitted end-of-shift for each shift.
• Keep venue office space clean and organized.
• Draft the venue's schedule for manager approval, keeping labor costs per day in mind.
• Manage and communicate venue labor with your manager; monitor employee attendance (early / late clock-in / out, no-call-no-shows, missed lunch, etc.).
• Manage employees' timesheets in payroll.
• Maintain company and uniform standards.
• Be ready to fill any and all positions in the venue.
• Understand pricing and manage all in-venue sponsorships.
• Train all incoming staff.
• Assist with monthly performance evaluations and any corrective actions needed for your team.
• Manage inventory for your venue, including daily / weekly requisitions from the warehouse and ensuring the venue is always fully stocked.
• Assist in the monthly inventory count.
