What you will be doing :

Leading, mentoring, and managing our service techs like a boss

Running the day-to-day shop operations (think : scheduling, workflow, customer relations, etc.)

Partnering with sales + parts to keep things moving

Driving customer satisfaction + service profitability

Keeping everything organized, safe, and high-performing

What we are looking for :

Current or previous Service Manager experience

Strong leadership + communication skills

Someone who knows how to get things done
