job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide individual, couples, family, and group therapy , specializing in trauma-informed and culturally competent care. Collaboratively develop treatment goals using mindfulness, narrative therapy , and other evidence-based approaches. Maintain clear and timely documentation and compliance with HIPAA standards. Engage clients both via telehealth , offering flexibility and access. Create a safe, empowering, and non-judgmental space for all clients. Contribute to practice marketing by creating and posting : Short-form videos (Reels / Posts) with mental health education or insights. Images or graphics that reflect our brand and values. Engaging captions or quotes to encourage referrals and online engagement. Collaborate on marketing strategy and attend occasional community-building events or virtual webinars as a representative of the practice. Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and treatment for complex trauma. Familiarity and comfort working with diverse populations , including BIPOC clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and adolescents. Experience or interest in using social media professionally to promote mental health awareness and practice visibility. Active clinical license in Pennsylvania ( LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSW, etc. ) (preferred) Trauma certification (e.g., CCTP – Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Previous experience working in private practice or community mental health settings. Knowledge of Canva, Instagram, Facebook, or short-form video editing tools is a plus Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a remote / hybrid team.
