The estimated salary for this role is $60,000-$100,000 annually

Responsibilities :

Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.

Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.

Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional services needed and provide estimates of time required for repairs.

Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of Service Technician experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.

B-level qualifications, including expertise in diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair.

Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.

Outstanding customer service skills and basic computer proficiency.

Positive, friendly attitude with a strong desire to learn and improve.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Willingness to stay updated with new technology, repair procedures, and service specifications.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
