Customer Service Representative

Help families rebuild after Hurricane Helene! We're looking for compassionate, community-minded individuals to join our team as Outreach Specialists .

What You'll Do :

You'll be the friendly face that connects residents with FEMA relief funding and other vital resources. No selling—just guiding people toward the help they need.

Start Date : October 27 (Training begins)

Schedule : Tuesday–Saturday, 40 hours / week

Requirement : Must have reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities :

• Educate residents about available disaster relief programs
• Assist families in navigating the application process
• Provide empathetic, accurate guidance—no sales involved

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr.
