Base pay range

$70,000.00 / yr - $80,000.00 / yr

As a Construction Estimator , you\'ll split your time between the construction and demolition divisions, preparing estimates for remodel, commercial, and demolition scopes. Our demolition division handles both selective tear-outs and full demolitions of structures, pools, and mobile homes, so you\'ll help ensure accurate pricing, safety compliance, and logistics for a wide range of projects. You\'ll review plans, perform detailed takeoffs, and develop accurate, competitive proposals that reflect Patriot\'s commitment to precision and safety. You\'ll work closely with project managers to align estimates with budgets and schedules, identify value-engineering options, and ensure all scopes are clear, compliant, and profitable.
