Transportation CNA Position Summary

As a Transportation CNA at Wexford House, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include :

Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, hospital visits, therapy sessions, and other authorized destinations.

Assist residents in and out of vehicles, ensuring proper use of safety belts, lifts, and other mobility aids.

Maintain communication with nursing staff, facility scheduler, and appointment offices to coordinate transport times and updates.

CNA Requirements

An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee

Current CPR / BLS Certification

Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
