This is a rare opportunity for a litigation attorney who’s passionate about employment law and looking to make a long-term impact with future partnership potential.

Position : Labor & Employment Associate

Location : Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)

Experience : 2+ years litigation experience; employment law exposure strongly preferred

Salary Range : $110,000–$150,000 DOE

Billables : ~1,700 hours (flexible target available)

Schedule : Hybrid – monthly in-office face time ideal

Licensure : California Bar required
