Seeking a skilled ADABAS Developer / DBA to support a federal customer. Must be a U.S. Citizen for this remote position.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, patch, and upgrade database server software.

Create / manage databases, data files, users, roles, profiles, and storage.

Monitor performance, conduct tuning, and resolve database issues.

Implement and maintain database security in compliance with federal STIGs.

Perform Com-plete, NATURAL, and EntireX administration.

Develop / maintain scripts, jobs, backups, recovery, and disaster recovery exercises.

Provide technical support, documentation, and audit response for database environments.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required with ability to obtain / maintain federal clearance.

10+ years ADABAS / Natural database development and administration.

Strong experience with ADABAS v8.x, Natural 4GL, JCL, batch processing, and mainframe utilities.

Proven expertise in performance tuning, backup / recovery, and compliance with STIGs.

Experience supporting federal or large enterprise environments.

Preferred

ADABAS Certified Database Administrator (Mainframe or Open Systems) or NATURAL Certified Application Developer .

Familiarity with modernization projects, NaturalONE, APIs, and cloud integration (AWS / Azure).

Experience with Software AG products including EntireX and Com-plete.

Details

Location : Remote (DC or Denver metro area).

Clearance : Must be eligible for federal suitability clearance.
