Overview
Our Management Trainee Program is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience in key areas of our business. This is a structured 6-month program that offers broad exposure to the different facets of our organization and the opportunity to work on a high-impact capstone project. We offer two cohorts of management trainees annually, with one class starting in January and the other in June.
Program Structure
- First 3 Months – Rotational Experience : Trainees rotate through critical departments to gain an understanding of end-to-end operations and vertical integration. Departments include Live Operations, Processing Operations, Sales, Engineering, Accounting, IT, Transportation, Procurement, and other support units.
- Last 3 Months – Capstone Project : Trainees focus on their specific functional area, developing and executing a capstone project that addresses a key business challenge. Projects culminate in a presentation to senior leadership and the next cohort of trainees.
Post-Program Placement
After the 6-month program, trainees will be placed in available positions within their functional area. If no position is immediately available, the trainee will continue in their current capacity until a suitable role becomes available. Engineering Trainees will fill entry-level roles within the Operational Services department.
