Location :   On-Site in Dania Beach, FL

This Role :

As an Account Manager at LogixHealth, you will work with internal teams to provide cutting edge solutions that will directly improve the healthcare industry. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to oversee and manage client accounts.

The ideal candidate will have strong technological skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and experience in third-party billing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively assist practice administrators by providing guidance on current and future challenges
• Liaison with collection agencies
• Oversee AR, including review of monthly profile analysis reports and monthly executive summaries
• Collaborate with Follow Up / Teams Leads to ensure specific issues, projects or problems are being resolved
• Review letters of hardships and take appropriate action
• Present pertinent information in client meetings and maintain organized, up-to-date and complete client files
