    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Accurately process biweekly payroll for all employees
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation for auditing and reporting
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and benefits deductions
  • Assist with year-end payroll tasks, including W-2 preparation and reporting
  • Support internal audits and external reporting requirements

    • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and best practices
  • Proficiency with payroll systems and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
  • Public sector experience is a plus, but not required

    • Salary starting at $60,000
