Requirements :
- HVAC / Refrigeration - 7 to 10 years recent commercial experience in the field working
- Service Technician - 7 to 10 years in the field (not managing buildings) recent commercial experience
- Ability to service, repair, diagnose, troubleshoot, and test commercial HVAC / Refrigeration equipment.
- Skilled at servicing and maintaining DX units
- Set up and install package units / split systems
- RTU and AHU experience -
- Looking for someone with air cooled chiller experience - preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of controls, preferred, but not required
- Must have and maintain a positive attitude
- Must have own tools
Licenses Required : EPA Certification
Valid Driver's License
Work authorization for USA - required
Education : High school or equivalent
