Compensation :
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities :
Meet with buyers and sellers, determine their needs, and assist in the entire process of buying and selling a homeMaintain consistent weekly contact with clientsApply lead follow-up systems to grow your sales pipelineProvide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and generate referrals to aid in building your sales pipelineHost team open houses monthly; all open house leads are assigned to the hosting agentWork within the CRM workflow system, and maintain an up-to-date calendar availability for appointmentsParticipate in Academy Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetingsProspect for new leads to promote new businessNurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more salesQualifications :
Must be a Licensed Real Estate AgentFull-time availabilityTechnology-drivenAbility to communicate effectively (oral and written)Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growthA proven record of sales experience and success is preferredOrganized and the ability to manage time effectivelyExcellent communication, negotiation, and networking skillsPossess a positive and can-do attitude with problem-solving abilitiesAbout Company
