The role you'll contribute : As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will coordinate multidisciplinary care for patients within your responsibility. You will provide direct patient care, collaborating with patients, families, and health care team members to deliver optimal care. Employing the nursing process, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to enhance patient outcomes.

  • Utilize the Nursing Process (Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate) to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Exhibit accurate assessment skills tailored to your patient population, based on evidence and practice standards.
  • Ensure patient safety by adhering to established procedures and utilizing patient safety protocols.
  • Prioritize nursing interventions in line with patient needs and available resources.
  • Engage actively in shift report, safety huddles, multidisciplinary rounds, and hourly rounding to provide comprehensive care and smooth hand-offs.
  • Qualifications :

  • Kansas Registered Nurse License required
  • BCLS certification obtained through the American Heart Association
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or obtaining it within 4 years of employment
