Substitute Teacher - Lower Division

Job Summary

The Substitute Teacher will provide supervision, instruction, and classroom management for students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through Fifth Grade on an as-needed basis. This role requires implementing lesson plans, maintaining a positive and safe learning environment, and ensuring continuity of student learning.

Responsibilities

Implement lesson plans provided by classroom teachers.

Manage the classroom and ensure student safety and engagement.

Provide effective instruction that fosters learning and positive behavior.

Supervise students during instructional and non-instructional times.

Maintain a supportive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements

Experience teaching or working with children preferred.
