Emancipet's Adams Ave Clinic provides much-needed low-cost care in the Philadelphia area. We are looking for a Clinic Manager that will ensure that the Adams Ave Clinic spay / neuter and healthy pet services operate safely and efficiently, while providing transformative customer service to all clients and their pets.

The Clinic Manager oversees daily operations and supports a staff of veterinary technicians who also serve as customer service specialists, ensuring they have the training and materials that they need to perform their roles with excellence, meet our high medical standards and SOPs, and maintain a high level of engagement. Compassionate service is a top priority, and the Clinic Manager has an important role in ensuring that every single client is treated with dignity. Our ideal Clinic Manager has a deep, personal passion for our mission, is a "people person" and a critical thinker who loves collaborating and solving tough problems.

We offer a competitive compensation package including medical, life, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, and generous discounts for your pets. The starting salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and job function.
