Field Nurse Case Manager

This is a full-time remote field-based permanent opportunity with a growing Case Management Company, which allows the nurse a lot more autonomy with their caseload, with the ability to bonus.

Schedule : M-F Days

Requirements :

• TN Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
• RN with prior work comp case management experience, or RN with experience working with ortho, neuro, or spinal injuries would be preferred
