Assistant Project Manager

We are a fully integrated Real Estate Developer and General Contractor specializing in the design, development, and construction of high-quality multi-family residential communities. Job Description

  • Assist in managing day-to-day project operations and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence
  • Conduct site visits and assist with quality control and safety compliance
  • Collaborate with internal development, design, and construction teams
  • Help ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment
  • Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and reports

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction or real estate development (multi-family experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
