Order Entry Specialist

Job Summary :

Receive, import, and process orders submitted by customers via the H&S Wholesale portal. Invoice orders pulled by warehouse staff and then prepare invoices for delivery drivers. Enter a variety of data onto multiple spreadsheets. Greet guests as needed. May be required to complete other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Customer Service : Work directly with customers, assisting with placing their orders. Being friendly and understanding their needs is crucial to the job
• Set-up and assist customers with ordering on company portal
• Complete fields such as name, address, account number, item number, price, and any sales or promotions
• Process order and distribute invoices / credits
• Follow up on missing items / mis-picked items
• Handle complaints about unfulfilled orders
• Interact with all levels of management
