Commercial Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage a variety of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. If you have experience in health care construction projects, that's a major plus!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of commercial construction projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Resolve on-site issues and make critical decisions
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers
