Position Type : Full-Time

Location : Los Angeles, CA

Pay Rate : $20.00-$22.00 hourly + auto allowance + commissions ( Potential to Earn Up to $80,000 / Year or more)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and via email
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features
• Process applications and lease agreements
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity
• Meet and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
