An established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in preparing Medical Summaries and Chronologies . The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process, with a focus on case organization, document management, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities :

Review, organize, and index discovery documents.

Prepare comprehensive Medical Record Summaries and Chronologies.

Draft and format legal documents, including pleadings and discovery responses.

Maintain and manage attorney calendars, court dates, and deadlines.

Conduct legal and factual research as required.

Electronically file pleadings and manage court documents.

Assist with deposition and trial exhibit preparation.

Provide in-trial support, including document handling and exhibit management.

Assist with e-discovery processes and data management.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant .

Proven experience working with medical records and preparing related chronologies.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF editing tools.

Familiarity with calendaring systems and electronic court filing platforms.

Experience with e-discovery tools is required.

Knowledge of TrialDirector and IPro software is preferred.

Strong organizational and case management skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication skills.
