Pay details for 40 hours :

Hourly Pay : $28.5

Overtime Pay : $42.75

Weekly Non Taxable : $1701

Total Weekly Gross : $2801

Requirements :

: 2-year acute Hospital Case Manager experience performing Care Coordination, Discharge Planning in a very fast paced environment.

Certifications : BLS(AHA)
