Job Title : DevOps Engineer 4

Duration : 12 Months (with potential extension)

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support development teams and cloud operations by building robust CI / CD pipelines, maintaining cloud infrastructure, and providing hands-on administration of development tools and environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an R&D-driven, collaborative, and agile engineering environment.

Education & Experience :

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience
OR No degree with at least 12 years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles

Technical Skills : Required :

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform

Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and zure DevOps

Desired :

Familiarity with Entra , zure , and Power Platform administration via portal, CLI, and CI / CD

Soft Skills :

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced R&D environment

Willingness to take on administrative tasks as needed

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset

Key Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines for cloud deployments

dminister and support DevOps tools including GitHub , zure DevOps , JFrog Artifactory , etc.

Spin up and manage cloud resources (e.g., services, VMs)

Monitor cloud environments and address high / critical issues promptly

ssist development teams with code merging, environment releases, and issue resolution

Investigate and debug infrastructure and deployment problems across multiple Azure regions

Perform integrated and acceptance testing for components

Contribute to technical documentation and peer reviews related to code, pipelines, and processes

Ensure high standards of software quality and maintain effective DevOps practices

Team & Collaboration :

Join a cross-functional DevOps team of 13 supporting a large project team of 60+ members

Collaborate with solution architects, developers, cloud engineers, and security engineers

Work closely with business stakeholders including project managers, product owners, and end-users

Work Environment :

Hybrid model - must be available to work onsite in Chicago, IL 1 to 3 days per week

Onsite from Day 1 is mandatory - remote start is not an option
