Certs & Licensure :

Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license - Required

BLS, ACLS - Required

On-Call REQ : Yes, 18 days of call in an 8-week period.

Floating Requirements : Traveler is required to float to pre and post cath lab

Blocked Scheduling : No

Locals accepted : Yes

RTO Restrictions : Unit managers approval required

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment

Special Requirements :

Must have experience with SEMI

Call team is a 3 person team : could be one RN and 2 techs so RN must be comfortable with all aspects of high acuity fill service Cath lab since they could be the only RN on call.

Equipment : 1 GE, 1 Phillips
