Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced 3PL Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their expertise in logistics, analytical problem-solving, and fulfillment within a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies that maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities :

1. Evaluate and analyze 3PL operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.

2. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their supply chain needs and ensure these are met in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.

4. Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to identify trends, forecast future needs, and make informed decisions.

5. Implement and manage fulfillment strategies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.

6. Provide expert advice on supply chain management and logistics to internal teams and external partners.

7. Prepare and present detailed reports on supply chain operations and performance to senior management.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain management to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification will be considered a plus.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related role.

3. Proven experience in analyzing complex data sets and using this analysis to drive decision making.

4. Strong knowledge of 3PL operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

5. Proficient in the use of advanced analytical tools and methodologies.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

9. Proven experience in fulfillment and a strong understanding of customer service principles.

10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with supply chain management software.

11. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with external partners.
