job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOversee all phases of commercial marine construction projects from initiation through final completion Collaborate with clients and brokers to define and refine project requirements Support lease and work letter reviews, focusing on construction-related provisions Provide hands-on management complex marine construction projects on a daily basis Supervise up to two internal team members (project managers or engineers) to ensure successful project execution. Create preliminary budgets and schedules Monitor and manage project performance against approved budgets, timelines, and client objectives Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including design professionals, general contractors, and other client-selected partners Administer change orders, invoicing, tenant improvement allowance reimbursements, and project close-out procedures Must have project management experience in the construction of shipyard, marine, waterfront, and / or coastal infrastructure Prior involvement in Design-Build project delivery Experience with tenant improvement (TI) projects is a plus Proven ability to lead and manage both internal team members and external stakeholders High proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project Must be self-motivated, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently meeting deadlines Excellent time management skills and the ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams
