Team Players – Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or collaboratively. Detail-Oriented – Focused on quality, accuracy, and safety. Inspect and repair semi-trailers, including brakes, wiring, bodywork, lift gates, and more. Install and replace add-on components such as toolboxes, winches, and ramp kits. Perform fabrication and welding as needed. Complete service reports and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards. Reliable transportation to and from work. Own a personal set of hand tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with semi-trailer equipment and maintenance. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently. Willingness to work overtime when needed. Valid driver’s license (a plus, but not required). 3+ years of experience in semi-trailer repairs. Industry certifications such as ASE or welding certification. Bilingual (Spanish) is a valuable asset. Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.). Work may be performed in a shop, yard, or mobile service environment. Exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, fumes, and varying temperatures. Moderate to loud noise levels.
