Requirements :

BLS AHA

2 years of home health experience

CA PT Certification

EMR SYSTEM IS HCHB

Shift : 5 x 8 Days 0

Weekend Requirements : Rotating Weekends-every 6-7 weeks

Shift Info : Day 5x8-Hour 08 : 00 - 17 : 00
