A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist - Renewals.
Key Responsibilities
Track and manage renewals opportunities to ensure timely delivery to customers
Utilize Salesforce.com to generate quotes, track opportunities, and process orders
Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to support renewal business
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
2+ years in a customer service / sales support role; renewals experience is a plus
Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce.com
Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office and internet navigation
Solid math skills for calculating margins, discounts, and percentages
