Financial Aid Counselor
Southeastern Oklahoma State University department of Financial Aid invites applications for the position of Financial Aid Counselor.
Summary :
To support the mission and function of the Financial Aid Office by working to counsel students and families providing accurate information regarding all financial aid programs, eligibility criteria, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities also include direct responsibility for the administration of aid for the off-campus locations and to assist with NCAA Compliance.

Minimum Education, Training, and Experience :
Required : Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; outstanding oral and written communication skills, organizations skills, and proficient computer skills. Requires a commitment to diversity and demonstrated ability to work with diverse persons, and a high ability to establish rapport with students (customers). Must be able to work flexible hours. Including nights and weekends.
Preferred : 2-3 years' experience in Financial Aid.
