Base pay range : $135,000.00 / yr - $175,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in bodily injury and first-party auto litigation matters within the Transportation Law Group.
• Develop strategic case approaches, including advocacy for settlement when appropriate and aggressive defense when required.
• Collaborate with the Workers' Compensation Group to monitor regulations and related legal concerns (FMLA, unemployment, etc.).
• Ensure client policies and programs comply with applicable laws and industry regulations.
