Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide comprehensive services in a K-12 school setting in Portage, MI. This contract position covers the full school year and involves servicing multiple locations within the district.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct speech and language assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy for students across all grade levels, K-12.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and meet compliance standards.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student needs.

Qualifications :

  • Current Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with pediatric populations.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Experience or certification in school-based speech-language pathology.
