Hematology and Oncology Opening in Moline, IL Quad Cities, IL / IAH1B Sponsorship Available Job Description :
- Full-time, permanent opening
- Established & Reputable team consisting of (2) Physicians, (2) APPs, (6) Clinical RNs, and (3) CMAs
- Large patient base that is continuing to grow. The hired physician will have a patient base immediately.
- Schedule : M-F 8-5pm with flexibility with scheduling
- Types of cancer most often treated : breast, lung, colon, prostate, head and neck.
- An efficient, friendly clinic setting, located in the same building as the Cancer Center in Moline
- Call : 3 hospital locations : Moline, IL; Rock Island, IL; and Bettendorf, IA. Moline is mostly an outpatient hospital, so inpatients will be seen at Rock Island hospital, which is about a 12-minute drive. Occasional outreach to Bettendorf, but this is far less frequent. Weekend call is mostly by phone. After-hours call is by phone and it is extremely rare to be called. Generally, call is easy and light.
- On average there are ~5-6 inpatients for rounding at a given time
- Collaboration with other Services - Primary Clinic Providers, Surgeons, Pulmonologists, Palliative / Hospice Care, Radiology and Pathology
- General Surgeons onsite

Cancer Conference / Tumor Board meets weeklyWell-established Breast Health Center, which is NAPBC accredited2 APPs on staffStaff : extremely dedicated and experienced staff - very helpful with documentation and helping to efficiently run the practice.Expansion project scheduled to finish in 2025. This will expand the number of exam rooms, infusion chairs, and will increase practice efficiency for providers and staff.
