What is it and how do I become one?
An entry level service technician is defined as someone who meets one or more of the following criteria :
- Little to no formal technical training
- Technical training graduate with no documented experience in a retail service facility
- Current student in an automotive service education program
- Current student or graduate with less than two years documented experience in a retail service facility
