Do you have a passion for enhancing parks, open spaces, and community experiences through strategic planning and hands-on leadership? The Parks, Recreation and Leisure Services Department is looking for a skilled manager, innovative planner, and strong team leader to help shape the future of Hampton's Parks Division.

Examples of what you will be doing :

• Facilitates the daily operations of the Parks Division, including short-term and long-range planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing maintenance and landscaping for parks and facilities, budgeting, overseeing projects and guest services, supervising and developing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and evaluating departmental programs and service needs.
• Works collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and outside agencies to support the department's mission, vision, and operations.
