Resident Nurse Manager – Senior Living

HealthCare Support is seeking a Resident Nurse Manager – Senior Living

who values contributions and supports growth throughout independent living, assisted living, supportive living, and memory care communities in Walker, MN!

Pay Details : $70K – $75K + $120K Sign-on Bonus

Shift Details : Monday – Friday 8 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm

Daily Responsibilities For Resident Nurse Manager – Senior Living

Partner with the Clinical Services Director to ensure our nurses and caregivers provide the best care possible

Act as a supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff

Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans

Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff

Required Qualifications For Resident Nurse Manager – Senior Living

Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license

Previous experience supervising staff

Experience with Geriatrics, dementia, and / or assisted living
