PA / OH : Partnerships Director – Help Bring Students the Science of Reading
Join us at Just Right Reader as a Partnerships Director in Pennsylvania or Ohio, and help improve early literacy through decodable texts grounded in the Science of Reading. We are seeking experienced former educators, literacy experts, and product innovators dedicated to transforming literacy education.
In this role, you will work closely with school and district leaders to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance reading outcomes. You will also be instrumental in expanding our presence regionally through relationship building, attending events, and establishing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build trusted relationships with school and district leaders
- Identify new opportunities and develop a robust pipeline
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreements
- Understand local literacy priorities, funding, and district goals to position our solutions effectively
- Represent Just Right Reader at regional conferences and meetings
- Collaborate internally to ensure successful implementation
- Achieve growth and product adoption goals
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a school or district leader (e.g., principal, assistant principal, curriculum director, instructional coach)Strong knowledge of foundational literacy and the science of readingExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentComfort with storytelling, strategic thinking, and data-driven decisionsProactive sales drive, with experience closing deals or pitching programs in education or retailPerks and Benefits :
